Tasting Notes: A very easy drinking lightly coloured pale ale, crafted to commemorate the burning of a used Burton Union barrel. It delivers a sharp thirst quenching bitterness, perfectly complemented with a slightly lemony citrus aroma. The perfect beer to accompany an English Summer, definitely not for Australians!

Tasting Notes: Brewed at 5% ABV, this traditional bitter is boosted by the addition of some lightly roasted malts which add a little aniseed character to the after taste.

Tasting Notes: A light coloured, lightly flavoured, easy drinking summer beer. Brewed from very lightly malted barley and using a single hop variety.

Tasting Notes: A light coloured beer brewed from best pale malt with a touch of wheat. A bitter hop flavour is there to counter the fullness of the wheat. A hint of citrus from the addition of Cascade hops to the kettle, compliments this ale.
